Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with the carrier's tracking number.

USA:

Standard Shipping - $6.82

Priority Shipping - $11.74

Free shipping on orders over $35

Most orders ship on the same day or the next day, but please allow us up to 2-3 business days to process your order. To estimate delivery time, please consider the estimated delivery time shown for the shipping method you selected at checkout. Order processing hours are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The carrier you selected at checkout is responsible for your package delivery. If a package is lost, the carrier is responsible, and all inquiries should be directed to the carrier.

90-Day Free Returns

Kitsch offers free returns within 90 days.

We will process your refund once we receive your return.

International:

Free Standard Shipping

International orders may take up to 25 days to arrive, depending on the carrier. Order processing hours are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. 90-Day Returns, Full Refund

Kitsch accepts returns within 90 days. International customers are responsible for providing their own return labels. We will process your refund once we receive your return.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

Refund Delayed or Not Received (if any)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; refunds may take two weeks or longer to be credited to your account. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@mykistch.us.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card of equivalent value. Upon receiving the return, we will email you a gift card containing a personalized code. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver shipped the order to themselves to forward to you later, we will refund the giver, who will then be notified of your return.
